Importance of Organic and Biodynamic Wine

Have you ever seen an ingredient label on a bottle of wine? Lobbying efforts by the wine industry have kept us in the dark. There are upwards of 76 different FDA- approved additives. Stabilizes, colorings, unnatural yeast, GMO dairy and animal products. And my personal favorite, dimethyl decarbonate, which is used to sterilize and stabilize wine. It is so toxic you must wear a hazmat suit to apply it. Ps, it’s also used in some juice, flavored iced tea, and sports drinks.
