INGREDIENTS organic coconut milk powder, organic turmeric, organic black pepper
RECIPE Add 12oz water + 2 tbsp of mix. Heat on stove top and put in a mug. Add raw honey to the mug. I think less than .5-1 tbsp works great.
Now blend with a handheld milk frother. They are $20. (I can’t live without this magic little device).
Garnish with ceylon cinnamon. Relax and let the inflammation fade away.
Oh...if you are enjoying this in the morning, add espresso shots if you have them. That is my favorite latte we make in the restaurant.
