whisk 2 eggs and ¼ cup of oil (we love avocado oil) together in bowl. add 1 cup of mix to bowl. then add 1 cup of water/milk. the thing about packages is you can decide how thick or thin you’d like them. so go slow until you see your desired consistency. heat butter in the pan and flip when you see the bubbles. PRO TIP: do not over stir and flip once.
