DRINK LIKE US This is what we use to create our mochas and hot chocolates in the restaurant. There are 1000’s of different cacao powders in the world, this is our favorite!
CHOCOLATE MILK HOT: Add 12oz of milk + 2 tbsp mix. Heat on stove top and put into mug. Use a handheld milk frother to blend and create a barista level of creamy foam. Kids, (or you) might need a little honey.
If you do dairy, raw whole milk makes this drink magic. If you are non-dairy like me, it is still pretty GOOD.
COLD: Use just enough hot water to cover the powder so you can blend with the milk frother. Or you can use a whisk. This will make a little shot of condensed chocolate. Then add cold milk to the shot of chocolate and blend again.
This equals one happy kid, (or you).
