Where is my order?

All orders placed on Monday - Thursday will ship out within 24 hours. Any orders placed Friday at Noon PST - Sunday will ship out the following Monday. Once your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow along as your order makes its way to you!

You can check your order status and tracking by using our chat box in the lower right-hand corner of the website. Click "Track and manage my orders" on the pop up screen. Please note once a label is created in the carrier system it can take up to 24 hours to generate tracking information.

How can I access my subscription information?

You can access your subscription account through THIS LINK. You can also navigate to your subscription information from your MY ACCOUNT page.

Through your subscription account, you can delay, swap, skip or cancel anytime - no strings attached. You can also change addresses and update payment methods.

I have a question about your ingredients.

HYDRATE is made with only 6 natural ingredients, and is Certified USDA Organic, NON-GMO, plant-based and has no artificial colors, flavors or ingredients.

We formulated HYDRATE to give you the levels of 70+ minerals & electrolytes you need for daily hydration, in the exact ratio they appear in nature.

Returns & Exchanges

If your experience didn't make you feel GOOD, rest-assured we offer full refunds less shipping costs. We will gladly accept any unopened or damaged products within 30 days of online purchase.

In order to begin your return, please submit your information in the form below, including the following:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Tracking Number

Should you receive a product that is damaged please also take a photo and include it with your email. Once received, a refund will be processed within 2 business days.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Unfortunately, after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee a successful cancellation. As we work dilligently to get orders out, our teams are (very!) quick to get new orders shipped. Please double-check your order before placing and ensure all products and information are correct.

I can't login to my account.

You can login via your MY ACCOUNT page. If your email & passowrd combination isn't working to login, click the "Forgot your password?" button, and you should receive a password reset link to your email address.

If you don't receive a password reset link to your email address, click the "Create an account" button, as you may not have activated your account. You should receive an account verification link to your email address, which will allow you to create a password and access your account.

If you are still unable to access your account, consider if it may be under a different email address. If not, please leave us a note below and we'll get back to you within 24 hours.
