Refund + Returns Policy
We offer full refunds less shipping costs. We will gladly accept any unopened or damaged products within 30 days of online purchase.
In order to begin your return, please email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Tracking Number
Should you receive a product that is damaged please also take a photo and include it with your email. Once received, a refund will be processed within 2 business days.
Please do not return anything to us or our restaurant without contacting us first. Our restaurant staff is not able to receive returns unless you purchased the items directly from our Encinitas market. We are unable to take back opened food items. So if you simply did not like the taste, may we suggest you donate this to a young athlete in your life or aging parents or grandparents. They often need extra help staying hydrated.
Orders placed Monday- Friday before Noon PT are shipped out the same day.
Orders placed after Noon PT on Friday or a holiday are shipped out the following business day.
This includes expedited options so please select carefully.
We generally ship USPS unless you choose another option at checkout. We do use FedEx and UPS at certain times for certain weights. If you have specific needs please reach out before you place your order.
Sadly, we live in a time of rampant mail theft. Please understand GOODONYA cannot be held responsible for packages that are trackable and confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly to request an investigation.
Customer is responsible for all import, duties and taxes imposed by their respective country. Once tracking shows that the product has arrived at customs, we are no longer responsible for the final arrival to your door.
If a package is lost you must place a claim with your local customs and/or the carrier. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.
