To maintain hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If you are unsatisfied or experienced an issue with your order, please reach out to our Customer Experience Team at hi@goodonyaorganic.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please do not return anything to us or to our sister restaurant without contacting us first. We are unable to take back food items and only our Customer Experience Team is able to assist you as noted above.
If you simply did not like the taste, may we suggest you donate this to a young athlete in your life or aging parents or grandparents. They often need extra help staying hydrated.
