INGREDIENTS organic brown rice flour, organic white rice flour, organic almond flour, organic coconut sugar, organic coconut flour, organic tapioca flour, organic potato flour, aluminum free baking powder himalayan pink salt
DIRECTIONS Whisk 2 eggs and ¼ cup of oil together in bowl. Add 1 cup of mix to bowl. Then add water or milk to the thickness you desire. The thing about packages is you can decide how thick or thin you’d like them. Go slow with the liquid until you see your desired consistency. How much water/milk will depend on how large your eggs are. Heat butter in the pan and flip when you see the bubbles.
PRO TIP: do not over stir and flip only one time.
