No. Our founder’s philosophy has always been that food should be as close to nature as possible, and even many of those “natural” flavors are, well, far from natural. We don’t believe in using artificial flavorings in any product, and you’ll never find “natural flavors” on our ingredient list.

At GoodOnya, we prefer a proactive approach to hydration. Our electrolyte drink mix with trace minerals, a good source of magnesium, and great flavor is agreeable for most to consume multiple times a day. That way, it can be a seamless addition to your water-drinking routine. But of course, always check with your doctor if you have any concerns or have experienced sensitivity in the past to magnesium.

How should I prep Organic Hydration™?

Scoop 1 Tbsp into 12 oz of water, stir, and sip. Feel free to adjust the amount to your needs or flavor preference. Some prefer to blend using a frother or shake it in a water bottle.

Our mix has been tested SAFE for arsenic, lead, mercury and cadmium. It is over 94% below the California Maximum Allowable Dose Level (MADL) for arsenic, over 95% below the MADL for lead and over 98% below the California MADL for cadmium and no detectable read on mercury.

Our mix uses organic ingredients wherever possible, and all ingredients are derived from nature.

A few things we prioritize:

Using coconut water for potassium rather than just potassium chloride.
Limiting electrolyte quantity to focus on quality sources of electrolytes in real fruit.
Magnesium derived from sea water.

What's your source of Vitamin C?

Our naturally-fermented Vitamin C is derived from Non-GMO corn and distilled down to the compounds we need. It leaves zero corn left in the finished product. The extraction is through a fermentation process rather than chemical solvents.

Sadly, much of the ascorbic acid on the market is from corn. Ascorbic acid and citric acid in products that are NOT Certified Organic can be from GMO corn. That is one reason it’s so important to buy certified organic products, as there are no GMOs allowed.

When will I be charged for my subscription each month?

You’ll be charged each month on the date of your initial purchase. For example, if you place your first subscription order on the 8th of the month, your order will be processed on the 8th of each following month.

If your first order or recurring date is changed to fall at the end of the month, your date may shift to the last day of the month (for example, if your subscription falls on the 31st, but there are only 30 days in the month, you’ll be charged on the 30th that month and the 31st on eligible months).

Orders are processed typically within 1-3 business days of receipt. Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered typically via USPS, although there are some scenarios where it may ship via a different carrier.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Southern California.

Where did Collagen go?

Accepted Answer

GoodOnya set out to find a collagen product that checked all of our boxes: organic, non-GMO, and produced from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cows. We were able to track down a small, (in our opinion) pure supply from Australia and New Zealand, but they’re unfortunately not exporting anymore. We sold out of the last of our stock, and we don’t have plans to bring it back unless we find a way to do it right again.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and Canada at this point in time, with some potential exceptions.

For international orders (Canada), the customer is responsible for all import, duties and taxes imposed by their respective country. Once tracking shows that the product has arrived at customs, we are no longer responsible for the final arrival to your door. We do not accept returns.

Why are our electrolytes "low" compared to other brands?

We approach hydration differently than other hydration mixes on the market. We focus less on the numbers listed on the nutritional panel and instead direct all of our attention towards the actual ingredients. We believe in quality over quantity. Organic Hydration™ is designed to help you drink more water. It’s not a quick-fix solution, and it’s not for cases of extreme dehydration or post-marathon replenishment. It’s a delicious incentive to crush your water goals and feel your best.

Our low numbers are agreeable for most to consume multiple times a day. Think of it as a treat: a refreshing lemonade with sugar from real fruit and extra electrolytes on top.

Why do you use stevia?

Accepted Answer

There’s a lot of information out there about stevia – and our take is that it’s widely misunderstood (for good reason).

Some stevia is chemically processed with petro-based solvents, so what started as something natural quickly became chemically altered, GMO-filled, and bitter tasting. Many companies use the wrong part of the plant, mix it with other chemicals, or use way too much stevia in their formulation, which is why it gets a bad rap.

Stevia is a naturally growing herb, and ours is always organic. We chose a stevia that is water processed, steeped like tea, then dried so we’re able to get a hint of sweetness without the negative effects of added sugars. And it tastes incredible when you do it the right way.

No additives involved, and we use just a tiny amount to cut the tartness of the lemon and give you that incredible lemonade flavor.

Why does a tablespoon of the mix sometimes weigh more than 8g?

Our serving size is based on weight (8g), which is how the FDA requires Nutrition Facts to be listed. Because our mix is made from organic, whole-food powders, the density can vary slightly from batch to batch. This means a tablespoon may sometimes weigh a bit more or less than 8g.

Rest assured, every pouch contains at least the net weight listed on the label (336g) — and we often fill a little extra to ensure you’re getting full value. The number of servings is based on that total weight, not how much fits into a scoop.

Tip: For the most accurate serving, use a kitchen scale and measure 8g per serving.

Why is there a food nutrition label instead of supplement facts?
